* Claims Follow-up and Management on behalf of the Clients.
   
* Direct B2B calls are made to US Health Insurance companies to update and resolve the status of outstanding claims on the client software.
   
* The process is an US Outbound process (Night Shifts 6 PM - 3 PM).

Desired Profile:

* Graduates / diploma holders from any discipline can apply.

* B.E/ B.Tech graduates in with less than 70% can apply and engineering graduates from IT & CSE cannot apply

* (MCA, MSCIT,MSC Computer Science will not be eligible)

* 2013 arts & science, engineering graduates,diploma holders with no standing arrears can also apply.

* Candidates with international calling experience for more than 6 months do not have percentage limitations.
